ZTVC Series
The ZERO ZTVC VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) System is a new-generation, full DC inverter air-conditioning system designed for high-efficiency, flexible, and intelligent climate control in commercial and residential applications.
It incorporates advanced technologies such as EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection), 180° sine wave control, supercooling flow path, and AI cloud diagnostics to deliver outstanding performance in diverse climates — from -30°C heating to 55°C cooling conditions.
Key Features
-
Full DC Inverter Technology
Utilizes high-efficiency DC compressors and fans for smooth, stepless control — improving system efficiency by up to 12% compared with conventional designs. -
EVI (Enhanced Vapor Injection) for Extreme Climates
Maintains up to 85% heating capacity even at -15°C, with reliable operation from -30°C to 55°C. -
AI Cloud Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance
Integrated AI cloud server forecasts malfunctions and enables remote system checks via phone or tablet — reducing downtime and service costs. -
High Energy Efficiency & Low Carbon Design
Equipped with advanced heat exchangers, 2-in-1 refrigerant flow path, and supercooling circuits to achieve superior EER/COP ratings and lower power consumption. -
Ultra-Quiet Operation & Night Mode
Noise-reducing fan blades, DC brushless motors, and “Silent Mode” lower operation noise by up to 10 dB(A) for comfort in residential or hotel environments. -
Flexible Modular Combination (Up to 96HP)
Up to four outdoor units can be freely combined, allowing system capacity expansion to meet large project demands. -
Wide Piping and Height Flexibility
Supports total piping length up to 1000 m, height difference up to 110 m, and up to 100 indoor units per system — ideal for high-rise and large buildings. -
Easy Installation and Maintenance
Features such as automatic addressing, front service window, and auto refrigerant charging simplify setup and maintenance. -
Multi-Level Safety & Backup Functions
Three-stage backup for compressors, fans, and modules ensures continuous operation even if one component fails.
